Vision: #1 AFJROTC Unit in AIM HIGH and Flight Academy Selections
Mission: Training cadets to excel in the knowledge needed to score high on the AQT, a higher selection chance for scholarships (AIM HIGH/Flight Academy), and a higher OPM
Goals:
- Scholarships: 5 cadets are selected for AIM HIGH and 3 are selected for Flight Academy
- Attendance: Cadets maintain at least 80% attendance
- Retention: 60% of the total cadets consistently come to practice throughout the year
- Recruiting: Recruit a minimum of 5 cadets
