Military Ball Payment Instructions:

1.     Click on MySchoolFees.com

2.     Click on the Register Button (unless you already have an account) and fill out the requested information to establish an account.

3.     Sign into your account

4.     Select UT – WASHINGTON – DIXIE HIGH SCHOOL in the drop down for Schools (do not select Pine View)

5.     Select Public Items

6.     Select JROTC under Category

7.     Select and add your meal choices to the cart and pay

Coming in 2017-2018 School Year…

To pay for AFJROTC Class Fees, Cadet Apparel, Coins, the Military Ball, or any other fees:

1.     Click on MySchoolFees.com

2.     Select GUEST (at the VERY bottom of the page – don’t bother reading the top of the page, as it’ll just confuse you!  GO DIRECTLY TO THE BOTTOM LINE)


4. Select JROTC 

5. Scroll down to Mil Ball – choose either Swiss Steak or Chicken Cordon Bleu @ $30/person (NOTE: $50/cadet couple discount is only available in person at the DHS Finance Office, and does not apply to adults)

6.   Enter credit card info.  You will not receive an actual “ticket” but will show up on the guest list at the door.

To pay class fees: 

If you are from Dixie High (if from other schools, scroll down to next section):

1.       Login to MySchoolFees.com

2.       Select NEW USER REGISTRATION (unless you’ve previously registered; in that case, just SIGN IN using your username and password)

3.       Select UTAH, then WASHINGTON COUNTY, then PINE VIEW HIGH SCHOOL, then ADD STUDENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT (or choose your student if already listed)

4.       Enter your student’s school ID #

5.       Select JROTC; then you’ll need to choose AEROSPACE SCIENCE if you child is in the regular JROTC class; DRILL CLASS if they are also enrolled there; and PILOT GROUND SCHOOL if they are enrolled in that class (it is possible to be enrolled in more than one JROTC class, in which case, the class fee will need to be paid for each concurrent class).  Select SUMMER CAMP if your child is attending Nellis AFB Summer Camp, or the Joint Leadership Challenge Camp (JLCC at Camp Williams).  If you send your child to the Hidden Ranch Camp, payment will be made directly to the Camp at the address given on the registration form.

6.       You will receive an immediate receipt by email.

Once registered, the next time you use MySchoolFees.com your email address and password will allow you to re-enter the site.

If you are from a school other than PVHS:

1.       Login to MySchoolFees.com

2.       Follow the instructions above to register.

3.       Even though your student really goes to another school, you are paying the fee for the JROTC class at Pine View High School.

4.       Enter your student’s school ID #

5.       Select JROTC as the Category

6.       Select the appropriate class or classes your cadet is taking as described above. ($20 per JROTC course)
